Admissions Arrangements 

The Southfield Trust is committed to providing appropriate specialist education for children and young people with identified special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) who have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and have been identified by the Local Authority as "Special School Appropriate" within their EHCP. 

Applying to a Southfield Trust School 

Admissions to our schools are coordinated through the relevant Local Authority in accordance with the SEND Code of Practice and statutory guidance.

Consultation Process 

Where a school is consulted regarding a pupil's EHCP, the Trust will carefully consider whether it can meet the child's needs and whether placement is compatible with the efficient education of others.
